Does an indictment, if it happens, help trump in the upcoming election, or not?

The cult is lost to reality. If Donald came into their house, murdered their children, raped the wife, and barbequed the dog they’d blame it on Biden. If you’re in the cult, you’re in the cult to stay and the only cure is embalming fluid. So he’s got 30% of the vote, indictment or no indictment, conviction or no conviction. The other 70% are appalled by his behavior and will be more motivated to vote against him. I think indictments would definitely not help his election chance, particularly if there are multiple indictments.

I’d say the odds of indictment are as follows: Hush Money 95%, Georgia election fraud 80%, documents 80%, January 6th 5%. Of these potential indictments, the first 3 are slam dunks and the latter is a longshot.

I thought they were, famously, capable of noting that, no, he’s not hurting the people he needs to be hurting.

As long as he hurts those that they think need hurting, then any pain inflicted on anyone else is acceptable collateral damage (as well as Biden’s - or wokeism’s- fault).
