48 year old here, okay honestly 49 next week, so might as well fess up to that.
I like many of the artists mentioned already, although I have to admit to hating Bruno Mars.
My recent obsession is with the band Airborne Toxic Event. Went to see them live last weekend, even better live!!!
I am 60 and grew up listening to rock. Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Allman Brothers, etc, etc. Somehow I missed out on Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper, Mettalica, Motorhead, and other bands like this. I think they all came out after I finished HS and was deep into Blues, jazz and rock. My son played guitar for about 4 years and I got to hear these bands and I realized that I had really missed out. My son doesn’t listen anymore, he’s more into hiphop but I still play the CD’s. I also found that I actually like some of the hiphop he has played for me. Snoop Dog, Tupak and some of the new artists. On my own I discovered I like Grace Potter.
