Depends on what you are kissing and what you are charging.
It does. Being a whore is a matter of reputation, not a matter of activity. If people gossip behind your back and call you a whore, then you’re a whore, regardless of what you do. If nobody calls you a whore, then you’re not a whore. Being a whore is a position of stigma.
If you kiss a lot in public, people will start gossiping about what else you must be up to if you’re already so shameless out in the open.
If you kiss a lot in private, then I guess it wouldn’t be so bad.

It also depends on who you’re kissing, or more importantly, how many boys. (I’m assuming you’re a kid here, from your user name and the nature of your question.) Kissing one boy, even in public, even a lot, probably won’t get you labelled. Even if people assume you’re “doing it,” they’ll assume it’s just with the one guy, and that’s not especially whorish these days.
If you’re kissing a lot of different guys in public (and they’re not your Dad or other relations), it’s going to do something even worse than give you a rep as a whore. It’s going to make you look desperate - too eager to please. And that, as we all know, is the worst sin you can commit, especially in your teens.
