What is the deal with prostitutes. I saw one on 20/20 downtown last night and it reminded me that all the prostitutes that I have ever seen interviewed say that they will not kiss a client.
John: “Excuse me, but now that I have my dick in your vagina may I have a lil kiss?”
Prostitute: Huh uh, no sir you may not, now you just behave!!
Ok I know the penis usually has a rubber on it but STD’s are not usually passed around by mouth are they? And to have your penis in one’s vagina is about as intimate as you can get so why not allow a kiss? It would not have to be a deep tonguing but at least a peck here and there.
I have never been to a prostitute but it would seem that if there were zero kissing involved ( even just on the cheek or around the neck somewhere) then you may as well be fucking a stump.
If you are gonna be a whore ( not a purple one :)) you are probably taking chances anyway…ie broken rubbers etc.
In the usual scheme of things, you share sex with the one you love.
Since that distinction is unavailable to hookers, they save kissing as the way to demonstrate they’re with the one they love. It seems to me I’ve read or heard interviews with hookers where they say that they save kissing for their boyfriends…
On the other hand, given that they’re having sex for money… I can’t imagine them not having a price that would include kissing the trick, if he pushed for it (and paid it!)
The question of why he’d want to is left for another day.
There’s an excellent film which touches on this subject in some depth, J’embrasse pas. It’s about a male and a female prostitute who fall for each other. It was released some time between 1989 and 1992 and Emanuelle Beart was in it.
Please avoid using vulgar obscenities in your postings, especially in the topic. As a reminder, here are the some of the SDMB rules and policies:
“You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.”
Cripes! The THOUGHT POLICE are lurking in this thread!
A prostitute does often reserve the kissing for someone she cares about, unless you are willing to fork over much money. To a street girl, selling sex is just business, nothing more and they have feelings and they reserve them for special people they care about. It might seem a bit odd to most of us, after all – uh – various things go in her mouth and out of it, but she’ll often refuse to kiss the client.
I agree with the comments on it being a personal thing. Kissing is a very intimate act, IMO. Not to say sex is not, but when you get paid for it, that intimacy dissipates, it’s a job.
I like it here-can I stay?
And do you have a vacancy for a Back-scrubber?
I don’t know how it is for you, but for me, a kiss (not just any kiss, but one of those kisses) is very erotic and intimate, a surrender, a melting into the other person, an expression of pure desire…
In short, something you don’t want to share with just anybody, and especially not some guy who’s essentially paying to masturbate in your vagina.
You can get sick from kissing. Not just STDs but colds, flu, etc. At the brothels in Nevada, it is against the rules to kiss, and this is the reason they give. They also do not allow oral sex male-to-female for health reasons.

It is easier to distance yourself from something happening to your vagina than something happening on your face.
