Does Rambo 3 thank the "brave fighters of the mujadeen" at the end of the movie?

I’ve seen screenshots of this message at the end of the movie, and also sites that only thank “the gallant people of Afghanistan.” This site claims it was changed, faked or misremembered? Fact Check: Did Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo III Dedicate Film to ‘Mujahideen Fighters of Afghanistan’? Know the Truth Behind This Claim Going Viral During the Taliban Crisis! | 🎥 LatestLY

What’s the truth?

Is someone trying to rewrite history? Perhaps a Q-loving Stallone?

Although I can’t answer the question directly, the mujahidin were our friends at the time. No less than James Bond invited them to London (The Living Daylights), where they made a fabulous impact, caught the eye.

The Stallone-Q thing did inspire this question, admittedly.

The ending I saw read “This film is dedicated to the brave people of Afghanistan.”

It would make no sense to “thank” them, since the movie was shot in Israel.

Did Rambo 4 have a similar dedication to the people, or at least to the rebels, of Burma?

This site says that the “mujahedin” ending is an urban legend: Rambo 3’s Deleted Ending Would Have Dated Horribly

Wasn’t half the plot of the Bond film The Living Daylights about him aiding the heroic Taliban, erm Mujahideen, against mean Russians?

Am I invisible here? Hello, post number TWO.

Did somebody just say something?

What?
