Still working. I tried one to the Fox “Fair and Balanced” trademark entry last week, and it decayed after a day or so. I’m not sure this is the same deal though. The link may be regenerating the search each time it’s clicked.

Links to trademark searches disappear probably even faster than you think.
I haven’t used the patent search engine. Evidently it allows a link to remain for quite some time.
There is something horribly wrong with this thread.
When I’m in the forum list and cursor over it, it’s the only thread that doesn’t have a pop-up Help bubble.

No, it is however old and decrepit.
I think that the board software only sets up those damnable little yellow annoyance-boxes once, when a thread is created. The old version of vBulletin didn’t generate them, and the new software doesn’t do it for already existent threads.
