Does Trump Think That He Will Be Welcomed In The UK?

So we can add coward to Trump’s other solecisms.

I guess someone had to tell him that the UK has a lower tolerance for shithole heads of state than we do.

Of course his real reason is that he knew he’d probably be the most unwelcome visitor in recent memory and they would be criticizing his intelligence on the air non-stop and he wouldn’t know exactly what time of day to turn on Fox and Friends for emotional support. Fuckin snowflake.

Apocryphally, one of the previous Dukes of Westminster (whose family Grosvenor Square is named after) mischeviously offered to give the US government the lease to the land in exchange for the lands seized from his ancestors after the War of Independence - most of Maine and a big chunk of New York State.

Given the great number of Londoners whose families came from former colonies, I was almost looking forward to seeing Fox spin the protests as something only dark skinned people and hippies were doing.

It *was *Bush Jr. But it’s STILL Obama’s fault, goddammit, 'cause everything is Obama’s fault (except the stuff that’s Hillary’s fault).

Question: Has thump ever opened his mouth (or tweeted) when a lie didn’t come out?

I think sometimes he burps.

Obama’s so insidious he approved the embassy’s relocation during the GW Bush administration.

There’s that Deep Government conspiracy again. It’s a wonder Trump wasn’t assassinated before the election.

The current American Embassy is a fine example of its type. But is it really ‘the best located and finest embassy’ in London? Better located than, say, the Canadian and South African High Commissions, which form opposite sides of Trafalgar Square?

I guess he must have been minding the store while Obama was out playing golf like he was on 9/11.

:stuck_out_tongue:

I’m waiting for Breitbart of Fox News to tell us that London’s Mayor has declared the entire city a no-go zone and imposed sharia law.

Along with the ceremonial burning of the ‘biggest villain’ as towns across the country did in 2016. Burning Trump in Effigy on Bonfire Night - The New York Times

Probably arranged it while he was ignoring the victims of Hurricane Katrina

And, and riding his magic carpet in the middle of the night to help ISIS impose sharia law in Sweden.

If Mr. Trump not is welcomed to the UK he can change his destination to Sweden, Scandinavia. My opinion is that ALL european countries need one Mr. Trump.

Having one Mr Trump cover ALL European countries has merits, but you’d need to slice him very thinly.

Now, there’s an idea.

Having read through these comments, I realize that I’m no longer certain I can order the British “List of People We Despise” properly any longer.

Can anyone help?

President Trump in particular, and U.S. conservatives, generally.
The Pope in particular, and Catholics, generally.
The Irish in particular and the Irish, generally. (Not the Northern Irish, though)
The Spanish, period.
Ditto the Greeks.
Ditto the Italians.
And most ditto of all, the French.

You and Lord Nelson.
