Mesa has a flag. You never see it (can’t imagine why) although it’s better than the one it replaced. Much better, IMHO, would be the city’s current logo without the lettering.

Stockton CA has a flag that is half red/half blue with the seal in the middle, as excoriated above. For the record, there are no longer elk anywhere in the Central Valley.
