Dogwoods, Amen at the Corner, and Green Jackets: It's Masters Time!

At -12 however Phil at least had a shot. Spilled milk now of course. I think the reason why the Masters doesn’t have that 3-4 hole non-sudden death format is because it gets dark there around 7:30-8:00, while at the British Open you can have daylight until 10 pm or so.

They go back to 18.

Apparently it’s just holes 18 & 10 for the play-off (repeating as long as needed)

Intregal?

You lose.

I’m picking Cabrera. He’s got a major already and Perry seems to be too tight. Campbell is good but the pressure is going to be immense with three guys on the tee box.

See, I told you.

Um, what?

Sorry, but if that was directed at me I don’t know what you’re getting at…

Exciting,exciting,exciting!

I was gonna post that this might be in the top 4 masters ever…but its giving all of em a run fer top spot.(2007,1986,1977)

The PGA Championship went to sudden death in 1977 (I watched that one in person at Pebble Beach, between Lanny Wadkins and a visibly tiring Gene “the Machine” Littler). However, in 2000 or thereabouts, they went to a three-hole format. Tiger beat Bob May using that format that year.

The reason I brought them up is because your post seemed to imply that the only alternative to a sudden-victory playoff is a full-day playoff, only used by the USGA.

Aww…Cabrera is done for I think.

Campbell and Perry have hot wives(and a daughter) where is Cabreras?

Jim Nance said that playoffs are an “intregal” part of the Masters.

Campbell’s to win.

good grief…I think these guys just wanna play more golf.

No one wants this…

REALLY no one wants this.

You didn’t bet against it, though did you?

It sounds like you really hate Tiger. Why?

Heh, after someone shouted “GET IN THE HOLE” after Campbell’s second shot, the BBC commentator said: “I wish someone would throttled that man!”

When you become a pro golfer do they assign you a pretty blonde wife?

I wood have.

Why do you hate George W. Bush?(Please don’t answer that,it’s a joke)

Tigger is sorta like the Lions to me,(though he has much better results)
I love seeing him lose.

*takes up golf

I’ll be happy to comfort Campbell’s trophy wife for him.

Analogizing Tiger to the Lions is enough to drop a jaw in confusion.:stuck_out_tongue:

I mean the Lions would love to hope to be half of what Tiger is.
