IMHO: hurk. Feta is fine when mixed with other cheeses, but to me melting feta smells like vomit.
Exactly, local places are always a gamble. But there are some commonalities.
I’ll tell you, if you’re ever in Bangkok, head to the Patpong red-light area and have the pizza in Madrid Bar. I’m partial to the Madrid Special, but all their pizzas are great.
I’d been reading the Finance pages and the Marketing magazines, how the Dominos marketing was so successful, how they redid the recipe, and wondering WTF they were talking about, until I finally found an actual description – they made it sweeter. That is, even more crap. Because their customers didn’t like old traditional style pizza!
