Maybe this is so new there’s no text coverage yet. Google can’t find squat on it.
Nevertheless, NPR reported this morning that Don Johnson (I assume the actor of Miami Vice fame) was either arrested or detained at the German border today with 8 Billion US in cash, checks and securities.
Given the fact there’s no way he’s ever earned near that amount in his only somewhat better than par career, it makes one curious as to just what in the hell this guy is up to.
I know Hollywood types can be a bit prone to zealous stances regarding high profile issues. Might this be something connected to a stance one way or the other on the looming war issue or does he have serious cash flow problems?
Anyone else heard anything about this?
