During his campaign, I was in college, and had a class in a wedge-shaped classroom with medical and physician’s assistant students, and the front of the room had a room-sized curved chalkboard with another narrow board above it. One morning, two medical students (we later found out) came in and wrote the alphabet on that narrow board, a la an elementary school classroom. A professor who taught that class, who looked like a cartoonist’s rendition of Perot, walked in, tapped his meter stick on the stage, and as he pointed at it, said, “I’m glad you haven’t all lost your sense of humor.”
That remained until the end of the semester.
It should be noted that the episode is 16 years old. In addition to Donald Grump, there also a Donald himself in parody Muppet form and an even earlier “Ronald Grump” in 1988 who builds Grump Tower.
