Ok, going to Albuquerque this Sat and Sun… recommendations? PM them to me as to not derail thread… thanks!
You better not try my chili, then. Four-alarm is charitable.

Oooh! Oooh! A small alley!
Trump says he wanted to hit the DNC speakers for saying mean things about him.
This is the face of your party, Republicans - a thin-skinned, sociopathic narcissist prone to fits of violence.
I wish he had tried to hit the Marine General.
No, its very depressing, seeing a Marine break into tears and run sobbing from the stage.
PM sent.
You’ve obviously never seen Plymouth Rock.
The Sanitary Tortilla Factory. BTW, you need an answer when the waitress asks “Red or green?”
“Hit” with an insulting tweet is what was meant in context. Immature and juvenile, but there is enough real that we do not need to exaggerate.
The Reuters/Ipsos rollling poll system is an excellent tool for following trends and the question I linked to shows something of interest:
To the degree that Trump’s numbers went up during and following the GOP convention it was in that more people decided they wanted to vote against Hillary Clinton, not because they agree with Trump’s political positions or that they like him. The latter two have both dropped. They succeeded in getting a few percent more to dislike her more than they dislike him, even though if anything it also raised the dislike of him marginally too.
How much will the Democratic convention now ended help those swingables minimally dislike her less again and/or dislike him more? Between its higher ratings (more seeing it means more potential impact), the efficacy of many of its orators, and its high production quality, I think quite a bit.
My strong prediction is that by 2 weeks outside the race is back to Clinton +5 to 7 nationally.
Most people think he was talking about Michael Bloomberg.
You got a source for that? Eg a longer version of the video where that is made clear? because from the bit linked it sure sounds like physical violence.
I think +7 is very optimistic - that would be the biggest convention bounce in ages - but a bounce is virtually certain. It was a good convention and, most importantly, as discussed in other threads, more people watched it than watched the GOP convention. Why that is I do not know, but it’s so. And a convention is when a party looks its best.
Show me his words that would put it into that context, please.
So unless you contend that the underlined bit means he was sitting outside their hotel room or backstage, it does seem like he meant some twitter/public statement of some kind.
“I was all set … I was gonna hit a number of those people so hard … that why I don’t have a number of people still endorsing me, they still haven’t recovered …”
Has he physically “hit” a number of people so hard that they haven’t recovered from their heads spinning, with those big hands of his?
+5 to 7 … not a bounce but a return to where the race was early May and about where I have been expecting it will settle back at after it bounces around.
Well, he sure wouldn’t do very much damage if he stuck anyone in the eye with those short little fingers of his.
That one sucked, too. I forgot.
My wife dragged me to see it, which seems historically fitting.
