I don’t know if the pie will survive though. Horseflesh said in an email that he might have the family “sample” it before going on to KC.
I swear, I gave him a whole peanut-butter chocolate pie! It was covered in whipped topping, and had chopped peanuts, with strings of peanut butter and Hershey’s syrup on top of that.
And it was fresh when he got it,as I had completed it about ten minutes before he arrived at the cafe!
So where shall I meet you? Do you plan on going past Ames, or is there a more convenient place I can be?
I will pick you up in Ames, I planned on jumping on I-35 and taking it down to KC. See you in the am, around 5:30-ish.

Sigh, couldnt convince anyone to drive to KC for the day, so it appears Im out too. Although, you know if one is ever going to be held in Maryville… Or if any of you live here and are being quiet about it, now’s the time to fess up.
