I sent mine today today via priority mail, finally! I was beginning to feel like a real procrastinator, but all is well now that the mug is on its way.
Ok, despite my best intentions, my muggee’s mug has not made it into the mail. I’m going to be at the post office at 8:00 tomorrow morning to get it going.
It’s just been one of those weeks at work.
Finally! My Package O Mugs is on it’s way across the pond. Post Office said it will take 7-10 days (and that’s sending it Priority!), so UK dopers, please be patient. One of you has been slowly mugged. And just to note, I had a card to put in the box, taped up the box and saw the card sitting next to it. So I taped the card to the front of the box and used it to address the package. By the time the Post Office was done taping and stamping and labeling, it doesn’t look too much like a card, but really it is a (lime green) envelope with a card inside.
I picked up my package today at the Post office and all I can say is a jaw dropping WOW. All bow before Silenus.
A mug, filled with Ghiradelli chocolate squares, from the Discovery Space shuttle crew that launched the Hubble telescope.
A package of Peets coffee
A tin of Rainforest Tea
Assorted Ghiradelli Hot Chocolate mixes
Assorted Frederick and Nelson chocolate coffee spoons
A jar of Trader Joes Jalapeno Hot Sauce
A jar of Panola Cajun Jalapeno Hot Sauce
A large package of Chili Lemon Peanuts
A bag of Southwestern Tortilla Bean Soup
A Squidward Tentacles Pez dispenser
A tin of Ginger Altoids
Assorted Xena and Buffy cards
An Oly beer chaser
And a pen from Yucaipa High School to write all of this great stuff down before I have a chance to devour it all.

2 Gorgeous mugs (my tea will taste even better with these, I just know it!), a tin of scrumdidlyumtious coco mix, and a bag of cinnamon hard candies. Thirdwarning, how did you know I love cinnamon??? I feel like a cheap bastid for not sending more goodies to my muggee.

Ain’t kids great? My son was all mad I wouldn’t let him pop all the bubble wrap before I sent it to you. I didn’t realize you had kids or I would have wrapped it twice as thick!

I had a false alarm this morning. There was a yellow slip in my PO Box, which means a package. But when I went to pick it up, they said it must’ve been in the wrong box.

TellMeI’mNotCrazy, thanks for the mug! Not only is it a grand, large mug (and will make an excellent coffee mug in the morning), it was filled with lovely chocolates. mmmmmm.
And the ribbon on the handle is lovely - I’ll have to see if I can wash the mug without destroying it so I can feel special when I drink my coffee tomorrow!
My muggee’s really did go out Saturday. Hopefully it will be there soon!
Oh, but there was no cash in the bag as far as I can tell. Dang.
My mug has currently become a candy dish. I wonder what I will do with it after the candies are gone
