I bought a mug today - I will probably get it shipped out on Tuesday - I hope my mugee likes Santa 
If anyone receives a mug that is broken, please email me, and we’ll see if we can’t work something out. I’ll be amazed if 52 mugs make it through the USPS with no breakage.
After the little back-and-forth about whether I wanted to know, or ever know, etc. I thought to myself… Wouldn’t it be funny if Twickster were my mug person?
What a cool mug - I absolutely love it (I’ve been trying to find myself an initial mug, believe it or not), and it made my day to come home to a brown paper package waiting for me! Thanks, Twickster!!

TellMe… – Glad you liked it! I think it’s a very handsome mug, but for some reason I never use it – so was hoping it would find a home with someone who’d appreciate it. (And next time – “T”!)
I sent my mug today. I packed it very carefully and let my environmentalist tendencies loose and resused the box and packing material from tanookie’s mugs. I even sent the package priority, so that my mug recipient would get it quickly.
I then walked to the grocery store, because I needed chocolate. I drove home. I sat down to play on the SDMB. I found my handwritten note for my mug.

I sent mine on Thursday. It is cheesily patriotic and I hope it makes a Canadian grin. The Canadian should also realise that the mug was VERY OTT Kiwi. No Kiwi would be seen alive with it.
The Canadian should also realise that NZ post is apparently verrrrrrrrrrry slow. Evidently it takes 2-3 weeks for a parcel to arrive (officialy 6-14 working days…how vague is that!) even with air mail!!! Damn poopyheads I want it to arrive NOW.
Anyway Thursday will be the earliest but not cause I was slack! Feel free to slag off NZ post.
My mug is on my desk at work and I have been away. And I haven’t bought the Musk Lifesavers or the blister pack of Vegemite or the individually wrapped Tim Tam…mine is coming loaded, and I have to write the story that goes with me owning the mug…be patient mugee - a day or two more before it hits the mail.
Finally found the Ultimate Canadian Mug, and the requisite box, etc. There is a small bonus contained in said mug, as well.
I will get it into the mail tomorrow morning, without fail!

I picked up a mug on saturday, I’m hoping to get it in the mail tomorrow. Just so you don’t think I’m slackin.
