Scarlett67, that ornament is gorgeous! It looks like so much fun to make. I have some white crochet cotton laying around somewhere, and I will definately have to get started on my own ornament this weekend!

My ornaments from Congodwarf arrived yesterday in a beautiful brightly colored Disney mailing box. When I got home from work and found that happy box on my doorstep, it really cheered me up. The box will definitely get reused.
Inside the box were two very cute vintage-looking ornaments: one an ice-skating snowman and the other a sillyass Santa. I also got a sparkly winter-scene candle holder (with candle).

For the record, it’s possible mine has arrived but I haven’t checked my mail in 3 days. I promise I’ll check it tomorrow. It’s too cold and dark to walk the block to the mailbox now.
Glad you like it! I wish I’d had a red or green one ready to send, but I had no time to make one. But it’s fun to make them in all different colors. Clear beads look especially nice. 
We would sometimes combine colors too.

I finally got my ornaments sent out! I’m sorry that I was so late in doing so, but they are winging their way to Florida as we speak.
On the flip side, I have not received my ornament yet.

Don’t forget the little Christmas ornaments on the palm tree, I thought that was the best part. Glad you liked it! It was so cute I had to buy one for myself too.

I mentioned in the Secret Santa thread that I work for the post office, and I have been putting in 12 hour days for the better part of a month. Needless to say, I have been pooped lately, but (yes!) Hmm, I sent off my ornament on friday last week, along with my secret santa present.
