Musique Plus is the French version of MuchMusic, which is the Canadian version of MTV. See?
No… I don’t get it. I don’t have cable. What does ‘sing at speakers corner’ mean?
Well they have a camera set up outside the building … you put a dollar in and it gives you 60 seconds or so to record whatever you want to… I did it in Toronto at theirs and sang Row Row Row Your Boat with friends in drunken 3 part harmony and it got played.
It can be fun! We can make up a song about Cecil and Lynn and their illicit encounters and see if it gets played on TV!
*Though I am not quite sure if MusiquePlus has a Speakers Corner in Montreal… I am sure they do though.
