I voted for #4. Seemed like a smaller version of the ones in the picture to let those cute cheeks show up better.

I voted for #8. I’m partial to small lenses.
So far the glasses I have in mind are ahead by one point.
hmmmmm
Remember that I am a man without opinions. These are just observations.
The ones with the fork in the temple (Nos 1, 3, & 12) are just a little too Peggy Hill. There’s a good reason No 3 is named the “Mabel.” They’re Mabels. My wife has some of those and I’ve been trying to talk her into new ones for years.
I like No 6, but the round glasses and your sharper features could be a bit (just a bit) more compatible. Your eyebrows are a very nice feature and your old glasses cover them up. Also, your old ones detracted from your devestating dimples and apple cheeks.
Nos 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, & 10 reduce lens size perhaps too much. You will find that you will need to turn your head more when you used to just move your eyes.
Nos 7 & 8 are too severe for my face, at least. Nah, they may be stylish but they aren’t you. Stay away from dark or silver frames with your coloring.
No 11 might be nice because the half-frames make it less obvious that you wear glasses. I wore a pair of half-frames for twenty years and people would sometimes be surprised when they realized I wore glasses. They had just never noticed. And these were people I knew for some time!
Yeah, No 11 is the winner.
Yeee-ew! You can’t bear to put contacts in your eyes but you were going to have some stranger shoot a laser into them?
I really have to start reading the thread before I post. But this time I, uh, lemme see, DIDN’T WANT TO BE INFLUENCED BY OTHER PEOPLE’S OPINIONS. Yeah, that’s it.

I voted before I read the thread, and went with #9. And as everyone knows, I have an impeccable sense of aesthetics. You there, stop laughing.
Um, drop,
Just FYI, I am tracking IP addresses so I can eliminate repeats. Last two people are using AOL 4.0 and AOL 5.0
BTW, if anyone is concerned, don’t be. I am only using IP addresses to eliminate repeat entries. Once it hits my ACCESS database your IP is lost and gone.
I voted for #2, but #9 is nice also.
You have a beautiful face, I think the smaller frames would showcase it.
I liked #7. Make sure you post a picture of your face in whatever you choose!

I voted for #2, and then I made a terrible mistake: I read the thread and considered other people’s opinions. Now I’m just confused.
dropzone made a valid point about the half-frames. I think I’m leaning toward #11 now, but I won’t re-vote because techchick68 will just trace my IP and send all kinds of evil rubber chickens to my house to cause me harm and poke me with pointy things. Besides, they’ll show up during one of the few TV shows that I watch and I’ll miss all the best parts.
techchick, you’re a little chic.
You have a little face, and a little head. You have a little everything, and therefore you need little glasses.
You needs small, light frames that grace the curves of your face and higlight your cheekbones.
It’s about time you got rid of those clunky old coke bottles you used to have, and got some glasses that will complement your natural beauty.
Your current glasses look great. The closest aproximation is number six.
You definitly want to get the biggest lenses that look good and are confortable. Bigger lenses = bigger field of vision.
Revedge has the right idea. Glasses are for seeing with. Pick some you can stand to be seen in that are light, comfortable, and provide an adequate field of view.
Personally, I like Clark Kent horn rims, but they suit my temperament. I think you ought to choose something you like and if anyone doesn’t like 'em, tough!
Just my 2¢.

Number 9 gets my vote. They’ll suit your face shae perfectly.
…or face shape.
Dammit I wanna edit my message - I can’t and I have to wait 60 seconds to post again…grrr
The frames in your picture look very similar to the ones I have. When I last had new lenses put in them, I was encouraged to switch to something smaller, because the large frame sort of overwhelms the face. (I haven’t done so yet, as I can’t see spending money for glasses that I only wear for 5 minutes each morning so I won’t step on a Lego on my way to put in my contacts.) I voted for #9 because they are smaller and more delicate than the ones in your pic, but not really trendy, like the rectangular ones people are wearing these days.
Well dang, I’m in the minorty.
I can see the point about #12, but that’s what I voted for. I got a pair of Titanium frames and love them. They’re tough (two toddlers around here) and light as anything. I recommend the metal, anyway.
Well, Techie, the Brooks Brothers 194 seem to be the closest to the ones you love.
You might reconsider contacts; todays offerings are so much thinner, and easier to care for, and then you could have a greater range of choices in sunglasses.
