The one Doper I’ve met in real life turned out to be a real cool frood who knows where all his towels are. Sure, he married a Canadian and his daughter is obsessed with butterflies… but they’re very cool people. Just… different. In a nice way. Mrs. Doper stop glaring at me like that, I like Canadians, I really do, no I didn’t mean anything by that just kidding - ow! ow! ow!
There are a lots of Dopers I’d like to meet, but aside from Siege, the top two are Johnny L.A. (the distance is a bit of a problem) and Qadgop the Mercotan (but not in his professional capacity at work)
All of the well known posters have had their egos stroked here- I guess I’d like to meet some of those who aren’t in “The Clique”. You know, those people that post witty, clever, profound, and/or just plain funny things but never get responses just because they aren’t one of The Chosen.

Eee! I got mentioned! Yay! Even though I haven’t been posting practically at all lately. Where’ve I been? Rochester, NY, hawking overpriced popcorn to the movie-going masses. Living with a friend for the summer and don’t have 'net access on my own computer, so while I do my best to visit and read some threads every day, I rarely have the opportunity for my previous level of SDMB activity. But I’m still around, reading, and doing the occasional vanity search.
