I didn’t register either, it kept asking me which county the town was in! Then there were a couple of things it said didn’t match, so I gave up and went elsewhere. Drugstore.com was much more forgiving.

Had to do some creative tinkering with the address forms, as a result the billing and shipping info is all directed to the church. I used the Church’s phone number and your email as contacts, I hope that’s ok there’s little I can do about deliveries from this side of the pond!

For the Non-US dopers, I think you can elect to send US dollars via payPal, but as yet I don’t recall seeing a payPal address listed in this thread.

Yay! My order confirmation says two of each item should arrive in 5-7 days.
UK-Dopers, I placed my order through drugstore.com using a UK card and specified the church as a shipping address. It all seems to have worked fine for me.

That’s what stumped me. Walgreens won’t accept non-US PayPal payments and I’m pretty sure payment by a non-US credit card will also prove problematic, as the fields for cardholder address are not set up for non-US addresses, and that’s likely to cause the transaction to bounce.
Walgreens can’t combine shipments. Rats.
