I just experienced two double posts in a row. Is this a hint that the hamsters are getting overworked?

this happened to me too today - for some reason I can;t provide a link, but look in the pit, I mentioned it on correction. I got a database error and then pressed refresh in my browser and that cause a resend of the form. If it helps.
Sometimes the system just hiccups. Usually it doesn’t mean anything except it’s annoying.
If it wasn’t on purpose, that was the most perfect time ever for the board to do a double post.
