Is there a site where one can download raw baseball statistics, so one can do one’s own analysis?
I don’t need everything in the Baseball Encyclopedia…just Player, Year, and Home Runs. That should only be a few thousand rows of data.

The Lahman Baseball Database is what you want.
It’s big, but it has all the stats and if you know how to use a database, you can create any query you want.
