So back in the late 80’s there was a song I remember from Dr. Demento. The only part I recall is that after a verse or two the music would stop and the singer would sing “Wah-Doo-Hay” and then pick up the next verse. I am finding nothing online. Any ideas?
Don’t know, but if you don’t get an answer, I suggest you e-mail the good Dr. D. I met him this summer, and he astounded me with his astounding memory and encyclopedic knowledge. He also was very nice.
(And not to hijack, but last week he was elected to the Radio Hall of Fame.)
I want to know how the card trick on that site works. It’s freaking me out a bit.
None of the second set of cards are the same as those in the first set.
Suprise! All of the cards originally shown are gone.
heh. Good one.
Ah! Nope. Is the song about Oreo cookies?
Because that’s “Oreo” by Free Hot Lunch.
“Oreooooo, all she left me were these oreooooooos …”
You could also ask at the dementia music group.

Doesn’t ring a bell. But here’s a list of all his songs. There’s a search engine too.
Could it be Zeoffree Katt’s Ha Doo Wah?
Nope that doesn’t seem to be it. I remember is being normal lyrics about something or other Wah Do Hey was like come sort of lyrical “doo doo doo” in between verses.
