I’m convinced that Tennant’s parents (and probably grandparents) were chosen as part of a decades old experiment to breed and raise the perfect Dr. Who- kind of like Boys from Brazil, but with Dr. Who. And unlike most high level conspiracies, it worked, and when exposed everybody said “cool!”
