Dude, Keep your cotton-candy stink outta my Shit

Fenris, can’t you send around a staff member saying that as some staff have allergies/asthma in the interests of occupational health, the spraying of perfumes, deodorants, room fresheners etc is prohibited?

Reprise had the same thought that I did. Do you have a human resources person you could speak to about circulating a memo regarding the use of perfumes/colognes/after-shaves?

I work in a very small office (too small to have a “human resources” person), but we have a ban on wearing strong scents in our office. They tend to give migraines to our corporate secretary, and I’ve had a couple of asthma attacks triggered by the after-shave of one of my boss’ best buddies. (I think he swims in the stuff — he apparently thinks it makes him into a real stud-muffin. Or maybe he just thinks he can pour on a pint in lieu of taking a shower.) Fortunately, my boss has asked him to refrain from wearing the stuff in the office, and he has gotten much better about leaving it off when visiting the office.
