Looks like we are missing only North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.

I am actually surprised there has not be a Mormon sitcom set in Salt Lake City.

Me too. But it was searching for Mormon sitcoms that led me to Idaho’s Napoleon Dynamite.
