Earliest recorded use of the phrase "fuckity fuck"?

I just saw the phrase “fuckity fuck” used in the movie Four Weddings and a Funeral, which is further back in the past than I would have expected to see the phrase. Who knows of earlier recorded instances of the phrase?

Google Books has it as appearing on page 29 of the novel The Thirty Years Peace by Peter O. Chotjewitz (1981).

Chotjewitz is a German writer, and it looks like the English edition of this book is a translation from the German. So we likely have a translator to thank for the “fuckity fuck” rather than Chotjewitz himself.
