Eggplant pizza

I’m looking for a recipe for either red or white (with or without tomato sauce) eggplant pizza. I’m finding lots of recipes online, but many of them aren’t, strictly-speaking, pizza, since they don’t even have a crust. The main thing I’m looking for is: How do you prepare the eggplant before placing it on the pizza?

Slice thin, or dice; place in bowl and salt liberally; let it sweat for an hour; press and rinse. For something like pizza, which cooks relatively quickly, I’d recommend frying it in olive oil (and draining) before using as a topping.
