Election Day Omnibus thread

I’m genuinely a wreck inside while maintaining a normal composure outside. I know it’s just an election, but it matters so much.

So every red state was called and almost all of the blue states were “too early to call”. Ugh.

Fl trump
Ma Harris
Mi trump
Ala trump
Ok trump
Dc Harris
Ky trump
Maryland Harris

90 trump - 27 harris

Also no surprise:

Is anybody hearing anything negative out of Wisconsin?? Her odds on Predictit (yeah, I know, YMMV) have cratered from around 62% a couple of hours ago to 51% right now. Their polls aren’t even closed, for fks sake.

Senate is 31 d 42 r.

I’ve been distracting myself all day-how does it look?

I’m searching and can’t find anything out of that state suggesting anything either way.

When did he come close to winning?

Trump wins Florida with no contest.

I hate this so much.

They are saying too early to call in New Jersey most likely because there is an issue with long lines in at least one county. Burlington county reported 3 hour lines. Anyone in line by 8:00pm can still vote.

Uh, what? Did you mean Missouri? Because MI is Michigan, and if that goes to Trump it’s basically over.

Pa has 5 hour lines.

I assume Mississippi, because that was called for Trump. Missouri is still waiting results. (As is Michigan.)

Mississippi is MS.

So sorry Missouri, I meant Missouri.

As Rachel Maddow just said, we should be able to figure this out by now.

Yes, it is. We aren’t debating postal designations. :stuck_out_tongue:

Clearly though, Michigan wasn’t meant (and the clarification was Missouri).

There are people in power who have a vested interest in not figuring this out.

MSNBC / Kornacki :

rural heavy-Trump counties in GA, in about 10 of those counties his vote-share has gone up between 1 and 3 ppts over 2020.

Fulton County, GA (Atlanta) lots of early vote having been counted, she’s at 71.1% when Biden was at 72.6% (with 53% reporting, waiting on same-day voting to come in).
