Heard it on the radio this morning. ELO is gonna release their first studio album in over 15 years. Jeff Lynne and the boys (don’t know if it’s the same cast) finished up an album with guest musicians George Harrison (no big surprise) and Ringo Starr. They (ELO, not G.H. and R.S.) are in LA today doing some sort of PBS filming (probably for a beg-a-thon spot) and are going to do a VH1 Storytime or whatever it’s called.
All this is to drum up press for the album release and… are you sitting down?.. A TOUR IN SEPTEMBER!!!
I’m sooooooo jazzed. I’m gonna start camping out for tix tonight!
