embarrassing tv character crushes

I’ll lead with one that may rate as the most obscure one yet.

Space Federation Officer Birdy Cephon Altera. (Tetsuwan Birdy) You got to dig them alien chicks with two-toned hair.

I also second Garfield on AndrAIa from ReBoot! (Speaking of that, her debut episode come on CN today. She grows up on the 14th)

Rounding out the animation girls are Elisa Maza, Angela and Demona from Gargoyles.

For every one who fancied Emma Peel

Emma Peel = M Apeal = Men Apeal

Hey they new what they were doing and the name was quite deliberate.

Personaly I’ve also fancied Willow from Buffy as well especially as the nasty vampire Willow that came from an alternate reality.

Mysterecks

I don’t remember her name after all these years, but the female character from the TV version of Logan’s Run. I think it was the miniskirt that did it.

Heather Menzies as “Jessica 6”.

Basically, I trying my hardest not to go to sleep yet.

Here are two more damn hot pictures of Birdy.

Shirley, would it make you feel any better if I told you that I had a tremendous crush on Luke Duke?

I also really liked the lead singer/lead character Kidd in Kidd Video–I thought he was so cute!

I was also mad about Mary Ingall’s husband, Adam, on Little House on the Prarie.

The girl on Whizz Kids. Who later went on to star in Alf. Her real name was Andrea Elson, but I liked the characters she played.

Jennifer DiNuccio in Square Pegs.

Kelly from the New Mickey Mouse Club in the 70s.

Jo from The Facts of Life.

oohh, Slutty Willow in the Season Finale of Buffy. mmmmm…

Kimberly in Different Strokes

No one has mentioned Wonder Woman? From the 70’s TV show? Wow… Didn’t need a plot for me, she could just wander around on screen.

Kallessa Jared from “The Pretender” You read my mind! He is just mmm

SterlingNorth No matter what anyone thinks about SM I LOVE Darien. (aka Endymion, Tuxedo Mask, Moonlight Knight etc) Actually once I couldn’t believe that some people got into a debate over who was better, Moonlight Knight or Tuxedo Mask. My answer? Neither. First they’re both the same guy and second I prefer Prince Darien of Earth aka Endymion (in the Japanese ones not the messed up American version. They cut out half of what happened in the finale of the first season! I couldn’t believe it when I heard it.)

Lets see who else…
Cort from the Quick and the Dead (played by Russell Crowe)
Robin Hood (The Disney version one. What? He’s a fox? Yah I know…)
Bowen and Draco from Dragonheart. (Bowen the great knight and the dragon Draco sighs I cry everytime I see the movie and Bowen has to kill Draco)
Michael from Michael (I’m not much of a Travolta fan but Michael just got me… without the smell of cookies)

Um can’t think of any more right now. I’ll get back to you if I do.

Bailey Quarters. WKRP in Cincinnati.

Audrey. Ellen Greene’s character in “Little Shop of Horrors”. (I may regret admitting this one.)

Emma Peel (Missed a chance to see Diana Rigg on stage in London. rats.)

The Yeoman on the original Star Trek series.

SouthernStyle

Ahem. As long as Shirley and evilbeth are keeping Bo and Luke busy, nobody’ll mind if I just head out to the hayloft with Daisy, here, would they?

– Uke, unabashed leg man

Ike, aren’t you supposed to be off on a umm, “business trip” somewhere?

OK, I can beat you all: I had a crush on Foghorn Leghorn when I was a kid. And none of the men I’ve dated and romanced have yet come up to his, ah say, standard.

Oh, Shirl—I went to school with the guy who produced and wrote “Friends,” and Chandler Bing is SO him. Sadly for you, the real-life Chandler is indeed gay.

The Pretenders Andrea Parker (Major drooling going on…) AND
Jill Taylor from Home Improvement

I know, I know, opposite ends of the spectrum, but ya gotta love 'em!

Well, my crushes were from back when all TV was black and white. Get this: Mike Nelson on Sea Hunt (played by Lloyd Bridges) and Lt. Ripp on Rin Tin Tin. Oh and let’s not forget Rowdy Yates in the Rifleman (wasn’t he Clint Eastwood before he was cool?). And pick any of the brothers from Bonanza, but especially Hoss (Dan Blocker?).

My husband wants me to be sure to mention his youthful fantasies for Patty Duke on the Patty Duke Show (played by Patty Duke, DUH) and Penny from Sky King.

Ok, now folks, fess up, isn’t anybody else here in their 50’s? Wally, help me out here.

Fraser. The Mounty on Due South. blush

um… that’s probably the most embarassing (and strongest) crush I had on tv characters (please say we aren’t including anime, or I’m going to get really embarassing laugh)

Oh, and Spock. I used to spend days daydreaming about that … er… Vulcan. It must’ve been the mind, cause it sure wasn’t the hair

Hum. And Marcus, the ranger from Babylon 5. But I’m not embarassed about that one yet, I’m still in the throes of massive lust. Can’t stand face hair on most men, but oooooo he ROCKS.

(evilbeth, I liked Kidd Video too - I thought everyone had forgotten that show entirely lol)

-Elthia

Nobody, I mean, nobody beats The Tick.

Wolverine is a very close second.

I feel so dirty…

I had a very hot thing for Dr. Joel Fleishman from Northern Exposure. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to smack or smooch that arrogant smirk right off his face.

In the sci-fi realm, it’s Worf for my money, baby.

Ellie Mae Clampit. Especially the early shows.

Oh this is an easy one. Doug Ross on E.R. George Clooney. Loved him on The Facts of Life, loved him on Roseanne. Baby, the man is perfection personified.

Ahh, Miss Bellum (Sara Bellum). Man, I love that show!

My crushes have been Jon Baker, from CHIPS (not that icky Ponch guy); every man who wore a fireman’s uniform in Emergency! (the drs were boring); Bones and Worf from Star Trek; G’Kar from Babylon 5 (apparently I like them big and warrior-like); and currently, Dr. Mark Greene from ER (oh, and for the really embarrassing crush, Piccolo on Dragonball Z–a green cartoon warrior with antennae–he is hot!)
