I think it just points out how serious workplace harassment can be. Not a lot of employees are able to confront a boss if it means loss of a job. They might win in the end but that isn’t assured and a person still has to pay the rent and grocery bills.
I can imagine the conversation these women will have at their NEXT job interview.
