I’m on a DSL connection but this computer is cobbled together and is only running on 24mb of RAM… barely enough to run IE, mIRC, and Trillian, the only programs I’ve tried using on here.

It’s running Windows 98 but I couldn’t tell you how or why. It was literally made out of spare parts that my roomie had lying around. And thanks for the offer of spare RAM, Linus, but he’s said that the computer’s really not worth the trouble. It allows me to surf the boards and to keep in touch with friends, so that’s all that really matters at this point in time. I appreciate it though.
