Eta: reading the first part of that now-disappeared file, the 13-year-old was raped and pregnant in 1984.

You seem to be the only person in the thread who is looking at this strictly from the perspective of who can be prosecuted. Of much more interest is what it says about Trump and other famous figures, and if this will be damaging in ways beyond prosecution.

Yes, like I said many times- some stuff will embarrass trump and hurt his popularity. But his core will just claim “faked”.

Impeachment is a purely political process. If the House chooses, they could charge Trump and the Senate could convict.

I’m of two minds that either the persons did this intentionally to comply with the regime and still get it out there, or they are truly that incompetent. However based on empirical evidence I’ll go with the latter.

Internet law-talkin’-guy T. Greg Doucette says the Nassar letter is almost certainly real despite DOJ’s denial.
It’s kinda funny that DOJ rushed to call it fake when, if the letter is real, it’s solid evidence that Epstein was planning to kill himself. If it’s not real, it just raises further questions, like -”who had the ability and motive to plant a letter in the federal prison mail system implying that Epstein was suicidal?”
The letter does seem to be real - i.e. the authentic product of Jeffrey Epstein - I just wouldn’t be certain that it’s an authentic accusation given that Epstein was being held prisoner at that moment in time by Donald J Trump and had a strong motive to dick with him. It could be accurate, I just wouldn’t put much weight onto it when we’ve never even heard of Epstein and Nassar even knowing each other.
Evidentiarily, the revelation that Trump flew with underaged victims with Epstein and Ghislaine seems far more damning.
Trump was running Miss Teen USA. He might have had some reasonable, non-creepy cause to be out with a few teenaged girls, professionally. But, Epstein did not. He didn’t own a modeling company. He didn’t have any part in Miss Teen USA. He was a financier or something.
Trump was there, seeing the guy hanging out constantly with female only 14 year olds. If the guy was calling them “masseuses”… Well, even for the mental genius that is Donald Trump, that’s not a hard 2 and 2 to put together.

I have absolutely no idea if this is accurate, or even remotely plausible. But what astounds me is the fact that the Qanon crowd, who saw evidence of child abuse in pizza orders, isn’t freaking out right about now. Talk about a reason for a conspiracy minded individual to go wild.
I have no doubt that it’s a real letter with a real postmark sent from the prison, I just don’t see any evidence that Epstein wrote it. It doesn’t look like his handwriting, it doesn’t look like his signature at all, the timing is too suspicious, and T. Greg’s Doucette’s confident assertion that prison pedos becoming pen pals is totally something that happens just sounds like made-up nonsense.
I don’t even think it’s a “hoax” in terms of whoever wrote it thinking that anyone would take it seriously. I think it was just a joke. Like Epstein shows up dead and some guard or inmate is like “Wouldn’t it be funny if…” and whips up a postcard.
Perhaps it was Epstein’s mother?
