I thought this was one of the better episodes in a while.
The storyline with the comedian (Rico from Six Feet Under) was one of the more touching ones they’ve had recently, and I continue to enjoy the child actress playing the blonde girl.

I was looking for this thread earlier…
I liked this one, too. I still like ER, even if many don’t any more. I liked the pastor and his whole congregation showing up at Pratt’s hearing, and even if it’s probably unrealistic, the decision of the board to make him do community service to make the clinic legal.
I loved how excited Neela got about the double kidney transplant, and how disappointed she was that she couldn’t talk to Tony about it. And that mean surgeon letting her slide about showing the recipient’s face to that donor woman.
ER still has its moments.
Yeah, I teared up at Pratt’s hearing. Nice resolution, since it looks like the church clinic’s main problem was with record-keeping.
I also like that some progress was made toward Neela dumping Gates. If they’re not a couple, he doesn’t need to be on the show, does he?
And progress toward Alex being gone for awhile too. It’d be nice to see the kid get some needed attention, turn him around. If Sam really thinks he started the fire intentionally, she needs to do something stat.
