I’ve solved this before and decided to try it again for giggles and grins.
The code for the safe as given by the URL on the memo I found in the drawer doesn’t work! I googled for a walkthrough and found a different code (1994) and it didn’t work, either! What gives?

The Veridian Room is much tougher. I assure you:
It’s the sequel, but I played it first. If you’ve played Crimson Room beforehand, you can immediately eliminate what at first appears to be a hint, but is just the door to the previous “level.”
I sure hope he comes out with an azure room or something like that. These games are a satisfying challenge.

After the rings: You need to get the metal rod from by the headboard and put it in the top, then open the box and insert the battery and the tape.

one paper with scribbles
I have the shelf set up with the beer, pic of man in frame, and incense. The room with the door that opens plays backwards words still.
I have yet to be able to move any objects, and am not sure if I can.
There is Blue Chamber.
There is one more card - two of them are found as you are facing the doorway; one is red and on top of the lamp. Oh and leave the beer in the fridge til the end or you will fail.
