All of the cards from the original sequence have been removed from the later sequences. Not too hard.

I personally think that it is an e-mail tracking system which has mutated.
Indeed; so why is it so hard for many to see? People even get tied up in explanations involving quantum effects.
When you ask people to pick a card, the generally will only focus their attention on the card they pick and ignore the other cards. It works so well with this “experiment” because all cards are face cards.
