I think you are most likely right. My only doubt is that I think there were definitely some very much more serious people in the overall group that stormed the building. I think some of that information is beginning to emerge. The number of people on watch lists who were in DC, for example. So it might have depended on how many were in that particular crowd.
His name very nearly means “Goodman Goodman”, though I think “Eugene” is closer to “Well-born”, technically.
