Side question. Is this really a thing in actual lesbian relationships, and not, for example, an invention of porn? It seems like it would be ineffective. But, what do I know?
I am not a lesbian or even a woman. But in Internet-land, I have heard some lesbians dismiss it as a fake thing invented by porn directors, and others insist it’s the greatest thing ever.
I suspect that it’s just a question of different people’s bodies responding to different kinds of stimulation. Some women can get off just by rubbing their junk against an object. If you have two such women, it would probably work for them. If not, it would seem like a big waste of time.

I have only seen it in porn. It’s only a waste of time if it’s not something that turns both people on. I’m not a lesbian, and have never done it. I knew nothing about it when I was experimenting and doing a little exploring with a girlfriend in my teen years. I am guessing that if done with the right movement it could be satisfying.
