I did. Tonight.

I have been a part of a diet NG for many years, and recognized a poster who asked for help for a little boy who misjudged the barrier of a parking deck: He jumped it, thinking there were only 5 feet between him and the next surface, but hit 30 feet below.

He is now on life support.

WHY am I posting this?

Hell, I don’t know. I sent some money to the address they gave me, and no I didn’t make any phone calls to check this out. But I trusted the poster, and so I sent a few bucks.

My question: Ever done this? Have you ever heard back from it?
