Netflix has been getting flakier and flakier for me throughout the evening and is now down completely for me too.
I lost the ringside chatter but got the video back in time for the national anthem.
I predict the fight will go three rounds but the feed will go down in two
He was knocked out at least once (Buster Douglas). They showed it in the montage.
Insomnia has a grip on me so I just watched the Taylor / Serrano fight. Wow. Tremendous effort by both.
The second of Serrano is a graceless twonk. Taylor has a very scruffy style and to be aware of that and fail to adapt suggests you maybe aren’t doing your job right. A better advised boxer would have let Taylor chase her round the ring and pick her off at will. Going in (literally) head to head plays into Taylor’s style.
Then to impugn the ref after as well…
I thought Taylor did better than the commentary team scored her but the proper judges got it just about correct.
Terrific fight, the commentator needs to be stuffed into a sack.
Yeah. Buster Douglas knocked him out. 30 year ago.
Okay, a car isn’t nearly as cool as Fury getting carried in on a litter.
And Phil Collins? Seriously?
Jake Paul rolling in so slow. Just get in there, buddy.
If Mike lands a massive blow and cuts this Paul idiot, the roof might blow off the dump.
Video. Buffer. Video. Buffer. I feel like I’m watching a bad PowerPoint deck
Oof, Mike looks old to me.
Yeah so much for Netflix getting NFL games if this is the best they can do.
Video just died during the intros. Wonderful experience I tell you.
I was able to get in and I’m seeing smooth video but it doesn’t look very high quality. Bouts of 240p I think.
Going to go ahead and pause this and go out for a smoke and hope to improve this video quality by being 10 minutes behind.
(I’m using just a standard roku connected to the tv.)
I’m using the Netflix app on my PC and it has been working the whole time albeit quality fluctuates.
Might be worth a try.
The NFL needs to fire up their lawyers now. If they can’t handle this, Xmas day football is going to be a disaster.
I’m pretty sure the issue is with the CDN so it’ll be highly regional.
Jeez are they milking this whole thing. Now at after 12 EST, starting hour 5 and day 2 of the whole extravaganza.
Mike doesn’t look as muscular as I expected.
Tyson is looking old and not on fire. Doesn’t seem fired up and looking for blood (or confident).
Tyson strategy seems to be to come out hard and fast. Paul seems to want to slow it down, tire Tyson out. Get him later.
