"Excel" spreadsheet Question

Hi, technically it’s just a spreadsheet program in general since I use Openoffice mostly to view spreadsheets that others have made. I’ve been going out to allot of sites lately having first referenced a list of sometimes hundreds of names compiled with user information on them when only 1 row of info applies to me.

For the life of me I have yet to figure out how to print all the info in just 1 row and leave the rest in the trash can. If I select a whole row it prints as far as it can fit on a standard page then doesn’t print the rest of the info in the row. I could care less about formatting, yet can’t seem to take that info out of the cells either (read-only document).
Because of the situation I usually just end-up hand writing the info down on paper, but would be most grateful if someone knew a way I could print it all on one page. Thanks in advance.

Set a print area

So why not just select the row, copy it, paste to any word processor, and print!

If OpenOffice has the same functionality as Excel, when you go to Print and see the settings like orientation, paper size, etc., there would be an option for “scaling” -> Fit All Columns on one Page.
