Excuse me, are you %*#$ing my girlfriend?

I shit you not, the past 4 friends I’ve met, who have close girlfriends, all think their girl is secretly getting nailed behind their backs… Do all guys worry like this? I just don’t get it. If you’re spending night and day every day of the year together what makes you think she’s secretly screwing the yardman, or mailman, or whatever? Get a grip.

I’m assuming it’s just low confidence in sexual performance.

To those who with low confidence, just be sure she doesn’t get a hold of a sybian, or you’ll really be in trouble. :stuck_out_tongue:

The common denominator is you, so maybe they just all think you’re hot shit and can’t figure out how their girfriends wouldn’t be sleeping with you. :stuck_out_tongue:

I used to be married to a man who constantly worried about this. If I were ten minutes late coming from the grocery store, he was sure I’d had a quickie. He did not like me to be alone in the same room with other men. One time he went with me on a job interview and, as the time ran a bit over, went up to the receptionist and demanded to know who I was fscking back there.

He’s probably a special case though.

Very special.

PLEEEEASE tell me you left him for someone else

Did you get the job?

Sorry. He sounds like an arse you’re well rid of.

Welll… ya

I can’t figure out why anyone would stay with someone they suspected of cheating. Either you’re with the wrong person or you have issues yourself. Then again I guess some people thrive on drama.

Hey, I used to be married to him as well! Turned out it was his guilty conscience making him accuse me of cheating.

I don’t suppose it would have been reassuring had you told him that ten minutes was not nearly enough time with most men besides him.

Regards,
Shodan

SanVito, I should buy you a drink just for that laugh

My girlfriend gets more jealous and suspicious than I do. So to answer the OP, no.

Haha! Would have been poetic justice, no? Actually I just left, period.

No, but that turned out to be for the better, 'cause the lab director was a real jerk.

I think this guy was just insane. Did yours make you throw out all of your short-shorts, bathing suits, and any red-colored clothing ? 'Cause, you know, only whores wear red.

Haha! No, I didn’t have that much wit back then.

FWIW, EpicNonsense, I’ve never dated or had a relationship with any other guy who had that problem. Seems relatively rare to me.

I don’t.

Although I am generally a worrier, this is one thing that does not concern me. I have absolute trust that my wife is not fooling around behind my back. I also hope and believe that she trusts me the same way – she’s never given me cause to think that she doubts me.

Ed

I had suspicions about a girl once.

They were correct, as it turned out. But I did something bad in order to find out so I can’t claim any kind of moral high ground.

Not about this.

I do have the sneaking suspicion in the back of my mind that one day Mrs. Magill will come to her senses and realize that she could do much, much better.

No not all guys worry like this, unless you give us reason to worry.

But was he good in bed?

Back in college, I was close with both sides in a long term couple. He would always tell me about his suspicions when we were alone, and when I was with his girlfriend somewhere, she would always complain that he didn’t trust her. More than once her and I gave each other The Look, but never did anything past that.

Shame too, she was smokin’ and he was a jerk.

Y’all stop it !! Folks are wondering why I’m laughing hysterically over here !! :stuck_out_tongue:
