On the full page, there is a sidebar title “About Joint Terrorism Task Forces” that links to the second main page about the “Joint Terrorism Task Forces”. It’s pretty plain from context that the FBI at least, is treating this as “terrorism.”
tv news has an interview with neighbor of boat owner. after a day of a armed killer at large the people were cleared to go outside. boat owner sees blood near his boat and he puts up a ladder against boat and unzips cover and sees body.

I’m embarrassed to say Daily Mail. That’s why I was asking if anyone else had heard it. 
I don’t mind. Fun’s fun, but what is to prevent a criminal on the run from being equipped with a 4G laptop or powerful enough phone and using that?
I saw the same thing on the news scroll at the bottom of the screen on WCVB’s live stream a while ago.
