Well, I have to vote for #2 because the idea of someone being brash enough to come up to me and make an advance like this out of the blue means that he would be the take charge sort (in my particular head play).
But then again, I am kinda lazy, so maybe that’s it too.
Hmm. My biggest problem with the hypothetical is putting myself in a bar. But overcoming that hurdle, I’m voting for #1.

Under dublos revised language my choices are:
“make love” - A raised eyebrow and a certain amount of distain. Its a bar! I don’t know you, you may be hot as hell, but no way am I going to get picked up at a bar and make love with anyone. Making love, for me requires love to actually be in the room at the time, not animal lust. (They can be combined, but that takes an actual relationship, not some random hottie in a bar.)
“have sex” - #2 still has a slight edge, #1 just sounds…childish and desperate. (I learned about this in school today and now I want to try it out. Its called sex.) #2 just has the “honest try” sort of feeling. If I was going to do either it’d be the honest without being stupid one. (Also depends on how the line is given.)
If you tell me you’re going to take me home and f*** me, your next lines better be just as powerful. If you ask me to take you home and f*** you, your next lines have to be very charming.

Granted, we were already engaged in other physical activity, but it’s still the first time I’ve received such a direct request.

I have a very strong preference for #1 if it were said by a man. Said by a woman, I still have quite a preference for #1. I’m dominant in either case, but I’m more open to the possibility of being submissive with a woman than with a man.
I prefer ‘take me home and make love to me’, but with ‘take me home and have sex with me’ somehow makes me think of passivity bordering on the catatonic, so I wouldn’t find that so sexy.
