Playing this little game on FB and notice that every time I level up, I get attacked nearly instantly.
How do you see someone leveling up, and is there anything I can do to “hide” my leveling?

It’s just something that happens. You’re talking about MOB Wars and not Mafia Wars, right? As a player of both, I’ve noticed people attack you far more often in Mob Wars than in Mafia Wars.
As for being able to hide your level, you cannot do it. Anyone can see if you’re currently online playing just by clicking the “online now” feature, and this will also show your current level.
You can use this, however, to see people who are currently on and what level they’re at yourself.
Thanks, I’ve never used that feature. But my “news” will be completely empty if I’m inactive, but log on and gain a level and all hell breaks loose. Dang bush-whackers.
