Fall 2013: What New Shows are you planning to sample?

Based on what looks interesting and the buzz I am hearing:

  1. Agents of SHIELD. I mean, Whedon, Superheroes taken seriously but not too seriously…I have high hopes for this.

  2. The Goldbergs. I’m a fan of Jeff Garlin and I grew up in the 80s so it seems like a show I could like.

  3. Trophy Wife. I had no interest in this until several critics whose opinions I respect said it was much better than they expected. It airs along with items 1 and 2 on my list so I’m going to give it a shot.

  4. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. The original OUAT has been boring me somewhat but I will check this one out.

Shows I am still considering:

  1. Sleepy Hollow. I mistakenly thought this was a period piece. I was more interested when I thought it was set in the past but still may check it out.

  2. The FOX Robot show whose name I forgot. Its got Robots so I have to at least consider it.

3.-5. Super Fun Night, Michel J. Fox Show and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. A lot of comedies I enjoyed have ended so I need some new ones. Still not sure about these yet though.

The Fox robot show is Almost Human. It and Agents of SHIELD are pretty all I’m sure I’ll watch. Maybe NBC’s pirate show (Crossbones), but I don’t know.

I’ll probably check out The Goldbergs for the 80’s nostalgia and to see how accurate it is. (I graduated from high school in 1986.)

I’m really excited about Black Sails coming on Stars. Not until January though.

Agents of Shield looks good. Assuming the people in this thread are typical, it’ll be the most watched show on television.

I’ll also check out Dads. It looks like a good cast and I like Seth MacFarlane.

I’ll put Almost Human down as a maybe.

Hey, I just checked the upcoming schedule and guess what? The only two shows I really want to see are scheduled opposite each other.
