Same here–giraffeometer works but not happy.
It took me a while to get this. Boy those Hollywood movie retouchers are good.
I think the file must have been corrupted in a way that some programs were more tolerant of than others - I could view it in firefox, but not IE - open it in one of my graphics apps but not another. I’ve uploaded a fresh copy - it should work now.
