Father at 13....

Maybe not an heiress, but with all of the media coverage there’s bound to be a few $ to be made by claimants to paternity who might sell their story to the Sun or other erstwhile publications.

What a schemozzle all around though.

When I was about 16, there was a girl a couple years younger than me who notoriously had the hots for an eleven-year-old, almost bunny-boiling intensity. It happens.

Looks like Maury Povich needs to get involved.

According to this morning’s paper that’s precisely why this kid’s parents haven’t insisted on a DNA test. They’re looking forward to selling their story to the Sun for £££

13 year old Alfie Patten is not, apparently, the father of the child in question.

That responsibility is allegedly owned by 15 year old Tyler Barker, who said:

Link.

That is a messed up story that managed to get even more messed up. 15 years old and, apparently, already the village bicycle.

Who apparently seduced all those boys into fucking her with her evil Jezebel ways, right? The poor innocent widdle boys have no responsibility in this, right?

I didn’t get that at all from Death’s post you quoted. “Town Bike” means everyone has had a ride. It’s not saying the . . . er, rider, isn’t at fault.

It’s just very sad. I’ll bet anything that she’s been abused.

It is very sad, Tom, the whole situation sounds like she is using sex and alcohol to gain some sort of validation. The report that her mom was aware of her behavior and encouraged it makes it worse.

And no, Telperien, I do not absolve the boys of thier part in this, but they each slept with her once while she slept with enough boys (including a 12 year old) in a small enough time that she needed a paternity test to determine the father. There is plenty of screwed up to go around in this story but the fact that boys were willing to sleep with her is the least of it.

I wonder what’s wrong with Britain that they have so many teen pregnancies.
Since the UK does not have the prevalence of religious fundamentalism that the USA has, you can’t point to that for standing in the way of sex ed, so what is going on? Many other European countries have much lower teen pregnancy rates.

It was stupid of the (current contender) babydaddy to trust that the girl would take the morning after pill without having made sure it happened. But, hey, teen boys are not known for their smarts about sexual matters, so I’m not exactly surprised. We can hope that little Alfie has learned his lesson at least (or that his parents will keep a closer eye on him from now on).

I notice that the baby’s mom comes from a family of six kids and the family lives on the dole apparently. It’s quite possible that she has never been raised to aspire to anything better than popping out babies and living off the government. Maybe that is why her mom doesn’t care. Still, it’s sad.
